Through The Wormhole with Morgan Freeman

I will need to set my DVR for this. I have seen the commercials, and I am very intrigued by the content of the show.

IMO, these are the types of television programs that need to be hyped and put on network TV. You know, something that stimulates thoughts and insightful conversation instead of the brain numbing, hollow, so-called reality shows they constantly shove in our faces.

My cable provider does not include the Science Channel in my package. But I've watched all the clips from Discovery Channel's site, and damn this stuff is interesting. If anybody knows where I can watch full length episodes a link would be greatly appreciated.

Watched the first episode, and saw a decent bit of last nights ( was pretty hammered, going to need to re-watch the whole episode.) Very interesting topics, and who doesn't love so Morgan Freeman narration. BTW both of the topics so far were covered in my Astronomy 162 class here at OSU so if you need an easy GEC and go here I suggest you look into taking the class.

Love this show.

I've seen Black Holes and the Creator episodes. I've got the next one DVR'd.

The Black Hole War was entertaining. Don't understand the reconciliation regarding information not being destroyed in a black hole and something about 3D v 2D.

Creator episode was cool. I particularly liked Garrett Lisi and his unification theory (the E8 lie group was awesome to see). The Great Computer Programmer was a bit too out there for me.

I really like the show for pushing boundaries. I also like being left with a LOT of "What?!" questions. Makes me want to investigate further.
