That's good to know. I usually think the older they get, the more.... ummm... worried I'll get. To a point that the worry will over come the joy.

word to the wise.. watch who they hang with... guide that one carefully...

if they're more 'concerned' with how their actions will register to you than they are their peers... that doesn't mean they need be afraid of you and your actions but rather the impact on your feelings... you're gonna be much happier...

but be fair.. think of what you did when you were growing up... and how did you turn out...

It's nice to read these posts about spending time with the kids- my wife and I are expecting kid #1 in the spring. We're looking forward to this type of stuff.... I am really looking forward to taking him/her to the very first Buckeye game; I remember how wide-eyed and amazed I was.

But Di- no to Jennifer Garner? Hmm... that's a toughy....
