The one “positive” is that I don’t think the Morikawa/English idiocy matters. Fleetwood and McIlroy seem like they’re beating anyone.

Agree to disagree on the dust-up and blame. It’s Rose’s putt and the US caddies are wandering in front of him while he’s trying to line it up. I’m sure he could have been more polite about telling them to get the fuck off the green, but they shouldn’t need to be told. Either way, throwing a fit about on the way to the next tee makes the US players/caddies look like little bitches. Rose and Scheffler seemed completely fine walking along together behind the fray.

He wasn’t in his line. Not even close. So yes agree to disagree.

The Euros were chipping just as much on the way to the tee so it wasn’t just the US. It did seem like Scheffler tried to calm it a bit.

1:30 of the video. Rose is lining up his shot and the caddy is headed directly across his line when Rose says GTFO.



Yeah, the Euros did chirp back. But I don’t really blame considering the abuse they’ve taken this week. :lol:

I still think much ado about nothing. I still don’t see where he was anywhere close to Roses line. I think he realized where he was. Was it a gaffe, sure.

Then Rose and Fleetwood went over and stood by him after the putt. So, I’m sure more was said.

There was plenty of bad behavior in Europe last time towards the US. It’s just time for it to stop and the players need to be part of that.
