I would like to stress that the PCP is not responsible for any "accidents" that might occur to any non members that don't purchase the insurance. If anyone does have said "accidents" I can refer you to a good doctorb for the price of v500.

Trust me people, you do not want to run the risk of having your money and identity and titles stolen. Then you'd wind up in bankruptcy court, and we all know who controls that (me)...it would be much smarter simply to purchase this insurance.
