They're driving towards the Jake, so at least part is shot in Cleveland. You can also see them standing on a roof at night with the Terminal Tower, Key Tower, and BP Building in the background.

Ohio in general has been pushing on hollywood about shooting different parts in ohio in order to save money etc. Big chunks of Spiderman 3 were actually shot in cleveland
