sears: Yep, I've gotten back into lifting a bit since a little over a month ago. The girl you saw me with in the photo (before I took it down) is a good friend of mine and she invited me to join her family (22 folks in all--cousins, aunts, uncles, etc.) on the cruise and so I joined the gym where she works out a month before the cruise to get back into shape. My max bench was 355 about 5 years ago, but had dropped way down to about 290 due to inactivity before I started lifting again in mid-February. I'm now back up to about 320. I'm going to run the Honolulu Tinman Triathlon in July, so I'll back off on lifting somewhat while I'm in training for the Tinman, but once that's over I plan on getting back into lifting heavy and want to get back up to at least 355 by year's end, preferably to 365.
