The Future Of Big 10 Football?

btt

Good point BleedS&G, I shouldn't say super fan, I did support the team under Cooper, but not beating M and losing bowl games was frustrating!! I quess I do spend too much time listening to E-spin..lol. I just feel the Big 10 would garner more respect buy playing and beating these "big" schools. It seems the spread is the new "In" . You brought up another thing also that I wasn't aware of, the Big 10 has a winning record against the SEC?? I did not know that. I am impressed. I started this thread becaus it just seems like when big ten schools play these spread schools they get shocked so I would like to see us adopt this style and see where it gets us. Just a thought. And you guys are also right that we need to be focused on beating the up north. It's going to be interesting to see if Carr trys any spread looks.

Calling SEC schools "Big", when it is a matter of objective fact that they collectively don't have anything approaching Ohio State's history and tradition is laugh out loud ridiculous.

Ask yourself these questions: If the NFL wanted slow athletes with no experience in "modern" football, why would they draft anyone from anywhere but the SEC? Why would they ever draft a Buckeye? Why have they drafted more Buckeyes than players from ANY team in the SEC? Could it be that the people who have brainwashed you are wrong?

Thread closed due to lack of interest...

...in keeping a thread this stupid open.
