The 'explain your avatar' thread

Eh, that is a typo, I missed the "a", dj misspelled the word in question multiple times.

Not that I actually care how he spells avatar, he could spell it "ocbwyouareasanctimoniustwit" for all I give a crap.

I was addressing the (to me) humorous situation of him being seemingly oblivious to the subtle hints at correction and thus provided a not-so-subtle hint. :wink2:

Mike Doss, and no I don't know where an original can be found
I'm almost certain that picture was on the cover of the 2002 Buckeye Sports Bulletin football season preview issue. The headline underneath the picture was "If the 'Shoe Fits". I might even have it still, although finding it would require an extensive search of my basement.

Awesome. I'm actually talking to Mark Rea soon, so I might see if they could dig that up.

While you're talking to him, you might ask if he can dig up an old column he wrote in 2004 at the height of the Clarett/ESPiN attack on OSU. The title was "The Worldwide Leader in Shoddiness", and it was a classic. I've never been able to find it online, but luckily I kept the original so now I can go back and read it anytime I need a good laugh.
