The male escort who allegedly
swindled a Roblox developer’s widow out of $6 millionunderwent extensive plastic surgery to achieve his icy stare and sculpted abs – and documented it in graphic videos, The Post has learned.
Gregg Starr, 38, appears in a slew of stomach-turning transformation photos and videos on celebrity plastic surgeon Jason Emer’s social media feed, touting the good doc’s special sauce to “ascend to being the best body possible,” including penile enhancement.
“He was able to combine scientific precision with art and beauty,” the husky-haired Starr said about Emer in one video posted Aug. 15.
“I just couldn’t be happier.”
The videos tout Starr as a prime example of achieving Emer’s “Maxoris” ideal – a term for the end result of
body- and face-sculpting procedures.
The silver faux parlayed his uncanny good looks into a career as a high-end male escort for “Cowboys 4 Angels” agency – a gigolo service that Sean “Diddy” Combs tapped for participants in his infamous sex party “freak-offs.”
One wealthy former client – Marianne Flippo, 49, whose late husband made a fortune creating and patenting software for Roblox – this week filed a salacious lawsuit against Starr.
The grieving widow accused him of scamming her out of millions of dollars by declaring his love and telling her the only they could be together was to buy him out of his $10 million contract.
Starr denied the accusations as details emerged about his eclectic past.
The Nolita resident graduated from West Point in its 2010 class, studying chemical engineering, according to a page for the military academy’s alumni and his LinkedIn.
His LinkedIn also lists graduate coursework at Stanford University in biochemical engineering, as well as MBA and law school studies at Northwestern University.
An apparent pre-transformation Starr – with subtly, but still noticeable softer features – is pictured in a 2023 social media post for Panoramic Ventures, a venture capital firm for which he worked.
Someone who knew Starr said around this time that the one-time finance bro underwent extensive plastic surgery, hearing he was covered in bandages.
“I know it was basically full body,” the acquaintance said.
The extent of Starr’s procedures is documented in almost nauseating detail in several posts on Emer’s Instagram feed.
The before-and-after videos and photos feature Starr’s once-slightly flabby body undergoing liposuction and other bloody poking and prodding.
One post features pre- and post-procedure photos of Starr’s face, nose, chest and blurred crotch, with the hashtag #PenileEnhancement and #MaleEnhancement.
“So, we’re going to do a 360 lipo and then we’re doing a penile injection, and we’re going to do some contour around the face,” Starr said in one video.
“This is going to be extensive,” Emer said the video, as he draws on Starr’s chest, arms and buttocks to show the work to be done.
“It’s a 360, supernatural look.”
By the end, Starr appears as the abs-forward Adonis he shares on his personal Instagram that’s chockablock with runway and beefcake photos.
This week, he was tagged in New York Fashion Week photos from a show in Gotham Hall, modeling SéSé KUTUR’s Vesper Kollection.
The person who knew Starr said they were surprised by the accusations he swindled the widow.
“Obviously, I knew the type of work he was involved with,” the acquaintance said.
“He didn’t appear to be the type of person who would do that, but then again you never know.”
Starr’s Hollywood-based plastic surgeon’s office — whose
“Patient Stories” pagefeatures completely uncensored videos of penile injections and other “down under” procedures — did not respond to a message.
The bionic gigolo’s attorney told The Post Thursday that Starr’s side to the Roblox widow saga would be revealed in due time
