ummm ballgame?
Well with 24 1st half points it is theirs to lose.

The tone was set early in this game.

A&M - 1st drive -5 yards - Punt.
Miami 1st drive - 80 yards and a TD score starting from their 20.
A&M 2nd drive - 39 yards - Punt

Miami has feasted on A&M's mistakes since. A&M has not feasted on Miami's - and Miami has made mistakes. They fumbled the ball to give A&M possession at the Miami 39 yard line.
A&M's capitulation after gaining 6 more yards? A missed Field goal.

Meanwhile A&M's miscues (fumbles and INTs) have resulted in a TD and a FG.

Lou's going to be slobbering his "pep talk" to Penn State here at Half..... I can't believe this bit has made it 3 weeks....
Somebody get this clown a Pop Warner team he can adopt - please for the love of all that is right - just don't let him do another of these pep talks on air.

Seems to me that if Miami puts together the right number of wins, they would be nasty in a Florida based bowl game. Or, on another tack, if Miami is this much better than A&M at home, and Oklahoma is so much better than Miami in their comfortable confine, how much better is Oklahoma than A&M?

For that matter, how much better than Oklahoma is LSU, and USC better than LSU?

Meanwhile can Miami do on the road what is needed to get to something like the Citrus Bowl or better?

Hey, just wait till Michigan beats someone with a BCS league win... then we can speculate on what kind of pain Appy State would bring to USC.

That would be evidence of the deep wonders of the transitive property when applied to college football.
Truth - no.

But deep wonders, you bet, like a day in a rest home for retired Carney Geeks.
