Texas deserved Colt McCoy. Shame that this game was on the shoulders of a kid who was completely unprepared. He did well, considering the circumstances..

Now, it's more than likely over. Damn.. IMHO, Alabama is not the best team in the country. I'd take UF over them, I also think Texas is a better team.

With that said, Alabama was better than both when they played both. Give the devil his due.. ready for next year.

I know a lot of people are going to blame that shovel pass as the major reason for the loss (besides losing McCoy), but you've got to think that also took some pressure off going into the 2nd half and caused Saban to button it up for a quarter and a half. In the end, I don't think it made a difference. At least it turned into an entertaining game.
