Yeah, not seeing the conservative angle really. Maybe a little, but I honestly don't see much of a difference from the 1st half. The runs were working in the 1st half and McElroy was getting pressured on the pass plays. 2nd half, runs have been stopped, still pressuring McElroy on passing downs. Texas is making plays on D.

Back to back 1st downs for Bama, however. They are making plays now.

Everytime he drops back he's lucky to get a pass off. He's been taking sacks on some of his dropbacks. That D is getting after him (he does hold on to the ball a little too long, as well).

There's been some slight conservativeness, but I can't sit here and discredit the UT D. They're playing hard and I don't see much of an difference from this half to the 1st. Bama's O was pretty well contained in the 1st half too.
