I honestly don't know why they didn't go for a contract extension if only to bump the buyout after this year. Especially after all the openings that we all saw coming.

I mean what's the worst they could do be 6-6 for 5 years staight?

Until Brohm himself says he's not going to Tennessee I kind of assume he's at least still talking to them. Of course he's going to tell a recruit he's staying until the ink is dry on the contract with Tennessee - that may not be exactly reliable...
