Teen skips gym, loses diploma

I almost failed gym my freshman year of HS because I broke my arm in a basketball game and couldn't participate for 6 weeks. Bastard PE teacher wouldn't let me play volleyball with one arm even though I was still better than 70% of the class.

It's an unfortunate situation and I sympathize with the student because she obviously met the spirit of PE in schools with her 3 sports, but she could've handled the situation a lot better. They told her last year that she had to take it. Glad things will work out for her.
