Teen reported for sex attack on dog

The dog howled of pain during the attack, the dog owner, 18, told police. Hearing the commotion, he claims he opened the bathroom door to find his friend having sex with the dog. The friend continued the attack as the dog owner looked on.

He said he was too afraid to intervene, as his friend was bigger and stronger than him.

Too afraid to Intervene? I think I would be too shocked to do anything, afraid, probably not. The best part though, apparently, bestiality isn't expressly forbidden, so they cant figure out what to charge him with!
