Teddy Bridgewater (QB Denver Broncos)

This guy belongs at QB...enough said.

I have seen this guy play in person and I haven't seen the likes of such a QB come out of the Miami area in quite some time. He's progressed at QB much further than anyone at his level of development I have ever seen...and you want him to play at WR??????

The same things are being said about Braxton Miller and it's been said he's strong Ohio State lean. It's not that we wouldn't want to see him in Scarlet and Gray it just doesn't seem likely that two of the top QBs in the class of 2011 would commit to the same school.

Neither Braxton or Teddy strike me as the type to be scared off by the other, particularly with the opportunity to take over for Pryor and the possibility that both could play on the field together.

Neither do I but I can't ever remember two of the (likely) top 3 QB's in the country go to the same school. Perhaps two top 100 guys but if both are legit top 10 players in the country, I don't know that our odds are good at landing them both. Now if he really is open to WR, perhaps he tries out at QB and moves to WR if Braxton wins the job?

Gotta say I'd love to see an offer out to him, and for us to chase him hard.. Like jwins said I don't see either Miller or Bridgewater being scared to compete. Just duke it out with the other top QB in the country for the starting spot. Obviously it's still a long-shot that he comes here but I would hate to see us not even offer just because of Miller. If he likes tOSU and Tressel enough he will come here regardless imo

If it's possible to land both, by all means go after him. I am all for an offer, to at least see where we stand.

Berryfan, I doubt anyone here wants you to take any offense, but it seems that we have a better shot at Miller, as opposed to Bridgewater. Both are great QB's but people are thinking that if Miller commits then Bridgewater would be icing on the cake, if he were to commit as well.

Personally I dont think Bridgewater should be anything less than a QB anywhere, and he will be a force to be reckoned with on the next level.

A lot of people down here are also waiting to see what happens with Miami Central HS Jeffrey Godfrey, a 2010 recruit, who is being heavily recruited by the Miami Hurricanes, but that would also affect Bridgewater, a 2011 recruit. We probably won't know anything for quite some time.

If Godfrey signs with Miami, and Braxton verbals to OSU, would both keep him away from those schools? Or would he be more likely to accept competition from a running mate and one without southern speed? :p
