BodyStain up on CLeveland and Morse. Got my band done there, good work, far as I'm concerned.

Then there was ... I think it's called Tattoos by Kevin or something like that.. it was over on Broad street somewhere.. Got my first tat there.

(didn't see teh part about close to downtown or campus.... Personally, I'd avoid campus parlors... strikes me that they'd be more.... ummm... what would I say... like when you get your hair cut by someone who's in school to get their hair cutting license.... risky)

Oh, and on the cost issue... my band is 1 color - black - and cost 150 5 years ago. My other is 3 colors and about 4 X 4 like you're talking about and cost 90 about 10 years ago.

Kevin used to be on on E broad and moved his shop to Cleveland/Morse Rd (Body Stain), but sold it a few years ago.

There's one on Hamilton Rd, just south of Livingston I believe.... Across from Dick Macheter Ford. Good work and fairly priced, I wish I could remember the name of the joint.
