Turns out they decided to not allow the Salvation Army in front of their stores this year.

Personally, the Salvation Army is the only charity I give to besides my chuch because I know my support will help the less fortunate rather than go to the pocket books of administrators.

buckeyebri said:Targets ban may have to do with the fact that they would be exposed to having to allow anyone to solict in front of their stores. I saw a local retailer do the same thing because if they allowed the salvation army then they wouldn't be able to keep the union from picketing in front of the store during a strike. That was the story anyway, and it seemed like it was all or nothing proposition for them.
