Tailgating help

Anyone know how to reserve a tailgating spot? Only Alumni? Bought? Reserved years in advance?

My company wants to have a client apperciation tailgate and we're not sure where to start.

Also any BP'ers would be more than welcome to swing on by if we get it up and running. Not like we're going to know the difference :)
