    • So, I dropped my Samsung Galaxy Tab A. I must have dropped it just right as it shattered the screen and apparently messed up the LCD as well. It has some line streaks going through the LCD. I have checked with a couple of places, Best Buy where I got it and IFixIt, and both are saying that it would be anywhere from $160 to over $200 to fix. The tablet only cost $259.

    I watched a YouTube video on how to repair it yourself but I don't think I have that skill set. Anyone have any other ideas on a potential repair option? Otherwise I may just buy something else.
     
    As with any deal hunting, I always say to go to slickdeals and search for it.

    best buy sells a new one for 119 279, had the wrong size.

    naturally that may not help in S.A. but it establishes a baseline for the item itself.
