Switching From Coffee to Tea

DubCoffman62

I used to be one of those pot a day coffee drinkers but I switched to tea about a month ago. I don't know if it's the anti-oxidants in tea or what but I've never felt better, at least not in a long time. Anybody have any coffee versus tea opinions?

Ha, it took me a few seconds to get that :tongue2:
I love coffee but since switching over to tea I have so much more energy. If it makes me a hoe-moe in the eyes of some I' guess I'll just have to live with it

I'm a coffee guy. Don't much care for tea. My recent life style change has been to eat breakfast. It has made a difference in my energy level. But... I'm keepin my coffee.

I can understand that, in the last 20 years not too many days haven't started with at least three to four cups of coffee.

I have a big ol mug I got from BP back in 1995. It holds about 8 cups of coffee. I drink one of those every morning. Then more coffee at work throughout the day. It used to be just that until dinner. No breakfast or lunch. Now, like I say, I eat breakfast every day and I have a lot more energy. But, lunch is still hit or miss.

I've actually made a lot of cuts in my diet this summer, once I hit 40 I decided to try to take better care of myself. I've pretty much cut out the alcohol, refined sugar and all fried foods. I also drink a bottle of this everyday.
Damn, I look good!!: Trader Joe's Essential Greens Veggie Juice
