Malcolm has made a huge differnce tonight..plays that won't come up on the stat sheet. Average yards per carry are way down when he's on the field....not surprising when you put a CB in who isn't Deion Danders light....between run support and shutting Austin Collie down, it's been fun to watch.
From what I can tell thus far, the Saints are strictly using Malcolm against Collie in the slot. If Collie isn't in the game, neither is Malcolm. He's playing very well....

Well, Stover started over one of the most clutch kickers in NFL history, don't think Nuge would've. Stover's proven his value. :p
Drew Brees is unbelievable. Malcolm is looking good too. I think they've thrown at Collie once when I've seen Malcolm on him, turned out to be a tackle for loss.

Malcolm has been given the "Wes Welker" assignement. It's pretty clear all Malcolm has done all week is watch Austin Collie on film and prepare for covering the slot. It's been fairly simple so far...if Collie is in the gme, so is Malcolm. If Collie is out of the game, so is Malcolm....

Seriously, the Saints can go the rest of the night just throwing it quickly to the edge. Indy can't stop it until it goes for at least 5 yards.
