Another B1G conspiracy against Penn State. The refs were instructed to do everything in their power to cause Silas Redd's team to win the game. Thereby justifying his transfer from Penn State, encouraging more transfers, and ultimately destroying the program. It's simple, really.

I thought it was Delany's way of inviting Ga Tech to join the B1G.

These are the athletes that Ga Tech is pulling in right now. At QB, the #2 QB; at B-Back, a former QB; at one of the A-back spots, the #3 QB. They've got so many QBs on their roster that can play at any position...except QB.
