Even though I am pulling for Utah, that was a good call on the grounding penalty. Holding is tough to complain about as a fan. Every holding instance can't be called, cuz it happens almost every down, so it's probably the most difficult thing to be consistant with.

Johnson should have just taken the sack on third down. The penalty yardage and the sack yardage are no big deal since you're going to punt, but you want to keep the clock running.
