Sugar Bowl: TSUN -2.5 vs Va Tech (ov/un 52.5) Tue 8;30 ET, ESPN

Sure would be a shame for "one of the B1G Ten's elite" to shit the bed on national TV tonight. :wtf-ever:

As soon as I heard that byline on the commercial for the Sugar Bowl, I immediately hoped that the Hokies get some sort of intestinal fortitude and beat the shit out of Michigan. Fucking sucks to pull for a worthless Big LEast team.

Lest there be any indecision
"I envision and I visualize us singing 'The Victors' and us celebrating together and coach (Brady) Hoke taking his shirt off he's so happy," U-M defensive tackle Mike Martin said, grinning at the prospect, Saturday during a pre-Sugar Bowl news conference at the New Orleans Convention Center Marriott hotel. "I want to see that and we're going to make that happen. I want to see Coach Hoke jumping around happy ... He was real close after the Ohio State game, and I think this one will tip him over the edge and he won't have a choice."

Then it's a good thing Va. Tech is in the ACC.

The only bad thing about this game is that VaTech is horrible. So if scUM wins (which they should), they'll be getting a ton of credit for not proving much on the field, just like they did all year long in 2011.

That would also make a scUM loss particularly awesome.

yeah, because making the B1G a bigger laughing stock after this bowl season is just what we need. BUT, I get where you're coming from.

Dude, just shut the fuck up already...don't you dare come crawling on here using the lame "conference loyalty" shit to get Buckeye fans to root for Michigan.

I said "I know where you're coming from." To put that into simpler terms, I wouldn't root for you guys either if the roles were reversed. I would never expect buckeye fans to actually root for Michigan. EVER.

It's a mixed bag when TSUN plays ND. Other than rooting for the meteor, it's a tough choice.
