You can log on to the site right now with your login info from last year - OSU email (with @osu.edu on the end) and your old password. Don't know if they'll change that before 10 a.m. tomorrow or not.

Also, no word yet on groups. It doesn't look like there's a way to create anything in the Ticketmaster site. My advice would be to worry about getting tickets first; you can always create a group later, but if they sell out of a particular (ahem) game tomorrow and you waited to order tickets until your group gets its act together, you're up a creek without a paddle.

Apparently my mom received an e-mail about student tickets last week some time. Odd, considering she's not a part of the university in any way and students aren't even getting e-mails. No idea why she'd get an e-mail.

All of the information required to buy tickets will be in the email right? Because I'm going to be buying tickets through my account and then through 2 others. Just curious as to what all i will need since I can't really remember how it went last year.

Are you sure? Because I still have the e-mail from last year and this is the message I get when I click on that link:

Dear Ohio State Buckeye Fan,

We're sorry for the inconvenience, but our online ticketing site is currently down for an upgrade. Please check back in mid-July for your online ticketing needs or call 1-800-GO-BUCKS.
Thank you

Alright, so lets get it all straight. They gave us our usernames and "Unique Passwords".
You see where it says to create an account to make it faster? What should we do there? I'm trying to figure this shit out but OSU keeps switchin up on us lol.

I'm not sure... I would assume that "creating an account" means having a Ticketmaster account, which makes sense, because you have to create a Ticketmaster account to buy tickets to anything on Ticketmaster. That said, if you've ever ordered something via Ticketmaster before (like single game football tickets last year, for example), you should already have an account. You probably need to have a Ticketmaster account with your OSU email address, though, to make sure everything goes smoothly.

This whole process is a crapshoot, and an utter mess. Last year, as a seventh-year student, I purchased my season ticket, by myself, in A deck, within 20 minutes of the ticket window opening at midnight. Somehow I got stuck in the middle of A deck in the north end zone. At least 3 years ago, I had AA! To add insult to injury, I know students in my class who were rank 3 for ticket priority and got front row south stands. Blahhhh.

My favorite season of the year is football season, and my second favorite season is football ticket season, because it marks the start of spring football. :) ...And now commences the most ulcer-inducing 24 hours of my life. :osu:
