Student Tickets and BuckID's

I was just wondering how well they check the BuckID's at the gate. This is my first time using a student ticket (not upgraded). I will have a BuckID to use however It might not be a current for this quarter.

I have heard that they don't really look at the ID, other than to just make sure you have one in hand.

Anyone have to do this in the past? If so let me know if you think I'll be okay as long as I have an ID.

Never had a problem in 5+ years with student ID's (my dad uses my old one) and all they do is check and make sure you have an ID, they don't care about whose it is or how old...
