Don't do it, Dayton, if you aren't ready to deal with kids. When I was 23 I started dating a guy with a 3-year-old son, and I certainly wasn't ready to deal with it. I was with the guy for 2 1/2 years but was pretty miserable. If the kid was misbehaving and I thought he should be punished, I was yelled at and told that it was none of my business. I'm just warning you that it could get really frustrating if there's a kid involved!

So I was told tonight that I was a "huge asshole" because I wouldn't consider dating a girl who had a kid. I'm 25 and this seems like too much drama to deal with in dating. Am I being that unreasonable for thinking this?
