Don't worry about it. That is all part of the newer society. There is nothing wrong with you having standards. There is nothing wrong with you refusing to deal with someone else's kid.

It's your decision and if you aren't comfortable dating someone with a kid, that's your choice....

I think if I was in my 30's it would be one thing but the girl is 23 and I don't see how I could possibly avoid be sucked into a world of drama
