Nothing pisses me off more than crappy analysis from commentators. On the Roethlisberger fumble before the half, all Michaels and Collinsworth can talk about is if Ben's arm was going forward.

It makes zero difference considering the pass went backwards. Even if his arm was going forward, the ball thrown backwards is a lateral pass and a fumble anyways.

This isn't a controversial play in any way, shape, or form and these guys have no clue. Not one has mentioned it was a backward pass and therefore a fumble. And they get paid to do this...?
