Yea, i'm sure Blizzard has a bigger problem then they really say. I know there was a huge problem with hacked accounts in WoW when i played. At the same time though, look how many millions of customers Blizzard has...12 million+ (not sure the number anymore) for just WoW alone. I'm sure there are alot that play both, but SC i'm sure has 2 million or so users.

Rookie, do you have any idea how you got hacked? Did you sign up for some Blizzard/SC2 site?

I honestly have no idea. I woke up one morning to an e-mail saying my pword was changed and I kind of freaked out. Thats about it.

Haven't been on in a few day's. Making a few upgrades to my machine, if anybody is down for some matches tomorrow afternoon I'll be on around 3.

Funny you should mention. I've been back into it for a couple weeks now.

Seeing some new strats. TvZ is still seriously FUBAR'd - been using a rush-aggressive Protoss strategy now. Seems to work ok. I'm top 15 gold in random 2's. Could be a bit better (Diamond) but I"m really getting some shitty partners.

I'm in gold 1v1, but I should be plat soon. I've been switching between toss and zerg for 1v1 games just depends what I feel like playing that day. 4gates are too easy to use on ladder, so it gets boring. I've been using spanishiwa's build(doesn't get gas until 40) with zerg. I'm still getting used to it. My macro by far exceeds my micro abilities.

If someone has the sense to scout you early and often and see's the 4 gate coming but can't get pressure on you then I'd love to face some of the people that you are.

I know this is kind of random, but after watching the Office on Thursday and Dwight in a Kerrigan costume it reminded me how awesome Starcraft is. I only played the first one and expansions. Me and my buddy were really good at it, and would bs everyone after the other team was killed.

Can you still bs in SC2??

No - and seeing as how the game shifted from just pure massing of units to a balancing strategy, not sure how effective it would be anymore.

So... because you can no longer extend the game for all players involved?
Thus eliminating frustration, a giant "WTF" guessing game and decreasing server load because games are more efficient.

By all means, I don't mind not being able to "BS" anymore then.

I thought I'd revive this thread due to the new game coming out. Is anyone else, other than me of course, buying Heart of the Swarm?
