Lucas ruined the series for me long ago... he should have just left the originals alone. 1 & 2 were bad... I don't know if I'll even see this one.

The second one had some potential if they would have gotten rid of the whole teen angst/love crap and just showed Annakin slaughtering Jawa's. No, it would have still sucked.

I'm still looking forward to the 3rd one coming out. The first 2 haven't been as good as the originals, but did anyone expect them to be? Why would Lucas start at 4 if 1-3 were as good or better. I bought the originals when they came out on DVD a couple months ago and found that I caught little things that went under the radar when I watched them before. Personally I think if you get rid of Jar Jar and and Lucas's inability to write love stories the first 2 wouldn't have been as bad. Nothing can be as bad as the first LOTR. 3 freaking hours with no ending.
