The Buckeyes wrap up their Pre-season schedule with an 8 game series against 8 opponents in Florida during their annual Spring Break trip. Any chance of BP bankrolling my trip down for coverage?

Eastern Illinois Preview
Eastern Illinois Panthers Official Baseball Site
The Panthers are the defending Ohio Valley Conference champions, but have not started this year off very well going 3-11. They were swept by Southeastern Louisiana and Belmont in their first 6 games and lost 2 of 3 to Alabama-Birmingham. They then went to Tampa and took 2 out of 3 from South Florida. EIU plays Army, Akron and Indiana in addition to the Buckeyes.
Bucknell Preview
Bucknell Bisons Official Baseball Site
The Bisons have righted their season, going 8-2 after a 0-4 start. Bucknell, of Lewisburg, Pennsylvania, is a member of the Patriot League. After a game today vs Dartmouth, they will play a pair of Big Ten teams in Northwestern and Illinois in addition to Ohio State.
Army Preview
The United States Military Academy Official Baseball Site
The Army Black Knights have started their year off at 6-4. They are also members of the Patriot League and will end their time in Florida against Ohio State. Army returns to historic West Point to open their season on March 23rd against Quinnipiac.
Cornell Preview
Cornell Big Red Official Baseball Site
The Big Red baseball team is the victim of some head-scratching scheduling. Surprisingly, their first games were scheduled March 12th and 13th against Villanova in Philadelphia and against St Joseph's in Camden, New Jersey. Not surprisingly, they were both postponed due to weather. Then they went home to Ithaca, NY to take on Binghamton with whom they split a two game series. Ithaca, NY in early March...brrrrr. The Ivy-Leaguers from Cornell have Ohio State sandwiched around 2 games with Northwestern in Winter Haven.
Bethune-Cookman Preview
Bethune-Cookman Wildcats Official Baseball Site
The Bethune-Cookman Wildcats of Daytona, Florida have started their season at 9-9. The Wildcats are members of the Mideast Athletic Conference (MEAC), a conference of traditionally Black Colleges. An indictment of the declining interest in baseball in the African-American community is that over half of Bethune-Cookman's players are Caucasian (including Hispanics). The game against BCC will be at the Wildcats' home stadium in Daytona Beach, FL.
Dartmouth Preview
Dartmouth Big Green Official Baseball Site
Ohio State will play its second Ivy League team in the Dartmouth Big Green. Much like Ivy League sister institution Cornell, the Big Green have only played in 2 games so far this season (contrasting that with LSU and Arizona State's 15 games). They participated in a tournament at the University of Virginia in Charlottesville and went 1-2 in the process, defeating Wright State and getting swept by the host Cavaliers. This will be the last game Ohio State will play in Winter Haven.
Rollins Preview
Rollins Tars Official Baseball Site
The Tars of Rollins College (apparently "Tars" is a slang word for "Sailors") hail from Winter Park, Florida. They are clearly not members of the Ivy League as they have played 26 games starting on February 6th. The Tars have been very successful on the season, going 16-10 to start. Rollins is the smallest college to ever participate in the College World Series with only 700 students. They are members of the Sunshine State Conference and play every game of their season in the state of Florida. This game will take place in Auburndale, Florida.
Webber International Preview
Webber International Warriors Official Baseball Site
The Warriors are the third small Florida College the Buckeyes take on in this Spring Break trip. They will travel to Webber's home stadium in Bapson Park, Florida for the game. The Warriors have started the year out at 14-14. They also play every game on their schedule in the state of Florida save for 3 versus Savannah College of Art and Design in Georgia (I am not making this up). Webber is a member of the Florida Sun Conference.
