What's your preferred method for splitting firewood?

I went to Lowes on my lunch break and they were sold out of splitting wedges, so I bought a fiberglass handled splitting maul instead.

this is another good way to get it done

axe or chainsaw. its a blast to smash or cut through objects so that is the only way to go.

Called a "Monster Maul", that is what I grew up splitting with.
