Ignore the final score. Same thing against NIU. Wisconsin kicked the crap out of them both but took their foot off the pedal to take away style points. It was 38-17 late in the 4th quarter, in field goal range, with a chance to make it 41-17. Instead of making it 4 scores, he goes for it to practice (or whatever) in 4th and short situations. They miss and keep MSU on morale life support at least. MSU comes back and scores two garbage TD's, which includes a long bomb of 91 yards with 20 seconds left, where their safeties are standing near the line of scrimmage instead of in a prevent. Which BTW was preceded by Wisconsin's ST not being prepared for the onside kick. Acting like the game is already over. This is a good team, but Bielema is a very nonchalant coach with a lead. Hopefully it doesn't cost them at any point. It shouldn't, they need to have a cushion to start acting so nonchalant. Hey, I don't need to make excuses. We're 4-0 and have overcome a lot to stay undefeated thus far this season. Top 25 level team and projection should be around 3rd in the conference at this point. Although they'll be vying with Michigan and Iowa. Both have exhibited more chinks in the armor, though.
