Ohio State University 13 - 4
Michigan State Univ. 12 - 4
Purdue . . . . . . .. . . 12 - 4

So off the top of my head if Purdue drops one more we are golden, owning the H2H tie breaker with Sparty, correct?

Whats the tie breaker with Purdue since we split?

It's the record versus the next team down in the standings (or the combined records against the teams tied for 3rd).

OSU wins the tiebreaker if it ends up a 3-way tie with Purdue and Sparty. (OSU 2-1, Purdue 2-2, Sparty 1-2). OSU wins it if ends up a tie with just Sparty (OSU 1-0, MSU 0-1). A tie with just Purdue gets more interesting....if Sparty is 3rd alone, OSU takes it (OSU 1-0, Purdue 1-1). If Wisky and Sparty are 3rd, OSU takes it (OSU 2-1. Purdue 2-2). If Wisky is 3rd alone (both 1-1), it goes to the 4th place team which would be Sparty and OSU would take it. (If OSU wins out, Illinois will have 7 losses and can't finish higher than 5th so they won't enter the discussion.)

Bottom line...OSU wins Tuesday night, they get the #1 seed in the B10 tourney

B. Multiple team tie:
1. Results of head-to-head competition during the regular-season.
a. When comparing records against the tied teams, the team with the higher winning percentage shall prevail, even if the number of games played against the team or group are unequal (i.e., 2-0 is better than 3-1, but 2-0 is not better than 1-0).
b. After the top team among the tied teams is determined, the second team is ranked by its record among the original tied teams, not the head-to-head record vs. the remaining team(s).
2. If the remaining teams are still tied, then each tied team's record shall be compared to the team occupying the highest position in the final regular-season standings, continuing down through the standings until one team gains an advantage.
a. When arriving at another pair of tied teams while comparing records, use each team's record against the collective tied teams as a group (prior to their own tie-breaking procedures), rather than the performance against the individual tied teams.
b. When comparing records against a single team or group of teams, the higher winning percentage shall prevail, even if the number of games played against the team or group are unequal (i.e., 2-0 is better than 3-1, but 2-0 is not better than 1-0).
3. Won-loss percentage of Division I opponents.
4. Coin toss conducted by Commissioner or designee.
Ohio State is 2-1 vs. MSU and Purdue... .667 percentage
Purdue is 2-2 vs. MSU and Ohio State... .500 percentage
MSU is 1-2 vs. Ohio State and Purdue... .333 percentage

According to the procedures and assuming all three win out..
1. Ohio State
2. Purdue
3. Michigan State

Yes

Here is the tie breaker formula from the Bigten website

II. A team's seed shall correspond to its regular-season finish (i.e., the champion shall be the No. 1 seed, the runner-up the No. 2 seed, etc.).
III. Teams that finished Nos. 1, 2, 3, 4 and 5 in the regular-season shall receive a "bye" on the first day.
IV. In case of a tie for any place finish in the regular-season standings, the following tie-breaking procedure shall be followed in order to seed teams in the tournament bracket:
A. Two-team tie:
1. Results of head-to-head competition during the regular-season.
2. Each team's record vs. the team occupying the highest position in the final regular-season standings (or in the case of a tie for the championship, the next highest position in the regular-season standings), continuing down through the standings until one team gains an advantage.
a. When arriving at another pair of tied teams while comparing records, use each team's record against the collective tied teams as a group (prior to their own tie-breaking procedures), rather than the performance against the individual tied teams.
b. When comparing records against a single team or a group of teams, the higher winning percentage shall prevail, even if the number of games played against the team or group are unequal (i.e., 2-0 is better than 3-1, but 2-0 is not better than 1-0).
3. Won-loss percentage of all Division I opponents.
4. Coin toss conducted by the Commissioner or designee.

When comparing records against the tied teams, the team with the higher winning percentage shall prevail, even if the number of games played against the team or group are unequal (i.e., 2-0 is better than 3-1, but 2-0 is not better than 1-0).
