Dementia, Alzheimer's, gosh, it's really tough on everyone. It's a really sad sign of our times that our ability to live longer may not be improving our quality of life.

Sparky was a great manager and sports personality of his era. I am glad he lived to a ripe old age.

Sparky, no relief pitchers. Don't go for extra innings. It's time for the clubhouse. Go well!

I believe it's debatable that we're living longer.

I'm with FCollins, I'm most surprised that Sparky is only 76, since he already looked like old luggage 30 years ago.
