So let me get this right...on a kickoff return, the sideline can interfere with the play, and it's a dead ball foul. So if the clock runs out, you run your ENTIRE bench on the field, hell the band too, why not fans from the stands as well. and as long as the guy with the ball is stopped short of the endzone. GAME OVER...

an imbecility, a stupidity without name
1. The sideline interference penalty was called for coaches or players impeding the officials, not the play. Impede the officials: dead ball foul. Impede the play: one more play.
2. It isn't intentional grounding if you have a receiver in the area.
