Down 1 w/ 7 sec left, Butler executes a set play and takes 1 pt lead with 2.2 left.

Pitt heaves up a prayer from midcourt, but gets fouled on a collision near midcourt.

Pitt makes the first to tie, misses the go ahead FT.

After the miss, the Pitt defender slams the arm of the Butler rebounder, giving them 2 shots with 0.8 left.

Butler drains the go-ahead basket, then intentionally misses the second to prevent a good desperation heave. Time expires before the desperation shot is made (it actually got pretty close).
