It is being cover by 2 topics in the Open Discussion forum. Looks like BNs was down (all insiders) for some upgrades. They are now back up, although there are some differences in the addresses to the boards. I would guess that people who are trying to link with their old addresses are not getting in. They will need to go to the front page and then the boards.

I'm moving this to Open Discussion.
