This kid screams "sociopath", and will have more victims down the road if he's allowed to live in society (if at all). There are some things you can't fix.

At 7:31 p.m. on Saturday, Mitchell County emergency dispatchers received a call from a boy who told dispatchers he shot his mother. He gave his name ? Noah Crooks ? and his address in the 3500 block of Cameo Avenue, about nine miles west of Osage.

Noah Crooks allegedly fired a .22 caliber hunting rifle multiple times into his mother?s chest, officials said.

An Osage teenager accused of murdering his mother also faces a charge he attempted to sexually abuse her ?- an offense "unheard of" by mental health professionals who deal with sex abuse and juveniles.

"A child or adolescent sexually abusing a parent is completely out of the norm, totally unheard of."

13 or not 13, lock this kid up for good at the very least.
