My point is that it works if the words are short... when you get into longer words it becomes tough to figure the words out... This is what the second sentance said: An accredited professional individual with high business management performance should be compensated, upon viewing all considerations

Good catch, yours wasn't very readable at all in my opinion. I bet it also has a lot to do with the proximity to where the letters should have been. For example;

An acrcdeitd porfsesoianl idnviidaul wtih hgih bsunises mnagaemnt preofrmnace sohlud be...

Maybe not much better. Actually, maybe a bit.

Amazingly, depsite the fcat taht the wrods are intended to be misspelled, I fnoud an atcual spellnig erorr.
