my "estimated" cota time to work involves 3 bus changes and 2 hours and 17 mins (last time i checked) or i can drive in about 20 mins, you decided...
I think she said "well run" And, to be fair, Boston is much busier than Cols. Hell, I was there last week and I tried to get from Cambridge to Fanieul Hall (about 5 miles, I think) and it took me 2 hours.

:slappy:

Sorry.

However, Columbus is more sprawling than Boston. If you can get residents from one end to the other with buses, then it would be really convenient for people. The Boston buses stop every 50 feet. I could walk in the same amount of time it takes to ride the bus sometimes. Plus, buses near my house are supposed to leave every 15 minutes, but there are so many that it ends up being every 5 minutes most of the time. This is a bit overkill, but if that same convenience can be applied to COTA, then many more people would use it (obviously). Taking the bus is cheap, and it's a great way to save on gas.

How about forcing the fucking auto makers to start making engines that get 60-80 mpg, like they've known how to for decades. Oh yeah, big oil won't allow it...

can you indulge us and tell us what exactly big oil does to keep this revolutionary technology out of the public's hands? maybe its just the fact that no one would buy it becuase it's probably some tiny POS.

Well, when I had your directions to the Barking crab, I got there in no time. And, Manfred's directions to Sam Adams worked perfectly...

But, of course, by then, I was a seasoned pro. (THe rental which had me with Mass. plates helped.)

I would never attempt to drive down near Fanieul Hall/Financial District. Way too congested and right in the heart of the tourist traps. The Barking Crab is right off the interstate, and Sam Adams is in Bootytown, so they're much easier to get to. :p

You guys are really out of touch.

Just don't buy gas this Thursday. Everyone is on board and the oil companies will simply have to cut prices.

Of course, I'm topping off Wednesday evening just to be safe.

I thought it was only Exxon gas we weren't supposed to buy?
