IAs such, I initially thought I might be able to get about $700 for the pair (as the cheapest pair in 19C is over $900 on StubHub).

I think one thing you need to keep in mind is that the prices on stubhub are asking prices by sellers. To my knowledge, stubhub doesn't list completed deals. So saying that the cheapest pair in 19C on stubhub is over $900 and using that as a predictor of market value for 19C tickets is flawed.

This is true. But Stubhub does give you the average sold price per section. You can use that info.

I was able to convert the tickets to General Admission today (evidently you can upgrade them prior to the week of the game this year).
