hey sloops.....since it appears that the best world series showdown in decades is going to happen.....do you wanna make a friendly vbet on it??

i'll take the cardinals as i know you will take the pinstripes......just a little something so we can rag on each other and make the games even more fun....
 
3 days later, and the Yankees do have 1 more game to go.

And the Cardinals aren't exactly looking like a Series lock either.

What were the odds over the weekend that Roger Clemens would be pitching in the Series and the Yankees wouldn't be?

About 100-1.

Now those odds are about 2-1.
