Coop is indeed a Bengal's scout ....

Yes that does make me have mixed feelings ...

Pro-Cooper -- Cooper always could recognize obviously outstanding talent, so I hope that he brings that to the Bengals scouting efforts -- let's face it anything would be an improvement of the pre-Lewis era.

Anti-Cooper -- Then I remember Cooper's record in big games - and - I'm so glad his responsibility is only on the scouting side..
