What is your all-time favorite tOSU Sports Illustrated Cover?

Mine is the 1979 "Rose Bowl Bound" cover featuring Art Schlichter: It has the old school S.I. text, and it has no additional info about other articles.

January 13, 2003...The Best Damn Team in the Land. Not the greatest picture, but celebrated the best Buckeye moment in my life. I remember waiting with anticipation for that issue to arrive!

I actually still have that magazine. It's the only ESPN magazine I own. It's a trip reading through it.

Does anyone recall the post-scUM triumph cover in 2002? On the cover were three people:

• Maurice Clarett (currently playing for the Youngtsown Penal League)was running in for a TD against...
• Ernest Shazor (yep, the scUM safety who left early only to NOT be drafted)....but at the top of the magazine cover was a teaser on the up and coming QBs featuring none other than:
• (former) Falcon QB Michael Vick!

Can you imagine a cover which has more bad luck? I am worried because my name and address were printed in the lower right hand corner...
