Only way you should sue is if you paid $77 when you could have waited and got it for $49. Another positive is their premium info is really premium, only about 17 people pay for it.

Maybe I'm splitting hairs, but that sounds like "Exclusive" premium info, and not premium premium info. But, again, I'm probably over thinking it.

And let's not act like you didn't know that openly speaking out about the exclusive premium info designation for information wasn't skating on very thin ice. Anyway, it's "exclusive premium content". And, no, I don't know how the real insiders get contented cows :moo: to part with content.
