Seth Curry to transfer

billmac91

Head Coach
Brother of Stephon Curry is transferring and looking to take his game to a higher rated conference and program.

Seth had a great year at Liberty, and has shown lots of the same characteristics as his brother.

I know Ohio State doesn't have any room on its roster, but he'd be a hell of a get.

Should be interesting to see where he ends up. I have a feeling he has his school picked out, and it is in the books, but he won't state it publically until the summer. He'll have to sit out a year before being eligible.

He wouldn't be eligible until 2010-11. Wouldn't we have room then?

He wouldn't be eligible until then, but I still think transfers count towards a scholarship.

It's irrelevant anyways, because he likely stays in the North Carolina area to be near his family. My guess is Carolina, Wake, Duke, Davidson, or N.C. State.

He's going somewhere in the ACC according to most.

Curry's are great people... Davidson is about 5 minutes from my house so I've seen and met Stephen quite a few times, just a great kid with great parents.
Well, if the rumor is true and he does go to Duke:tongue2:, please give him my fucking best.

We can use either the scholarship vacated by Mullens or Crater if someone wanted to come this year. We might have lost one because of APR when KK left last year but that would still leave us with one available. Most of this is discussed in the Recruiting Forum.
