ok, Halo: Reach's trade in value just went down to $16 today, I shipped my games out today, but I set up the games and stuff on Sunday when it was still $30, will they still give me the $30 or will it be $16, cause if it's $16 I may just keep the game

I believe it is based on when you set up the trade in. They just check the inventory upon receipt to make sure it is as described.

It fluctuates. The price dropped because the whole nation traded it in at the old rate... it will eventually climb back up after their inventory clears out.

I got a nice bonus today. I took a class at work a while ago, and they gave us a free book. We didn't even use it in the class, and it's just been sitting in a box at home. Turns out it is a text book that is still used, and I was able to trade it in for $45.

First trade in went through and got the top dollar for all my games. I was not worried about most of them since I keep them in really good condition, but Red Dead had minor water damage to the instruction book. That didn't reduce the price.

Overall it worked pretty well. It took them a couple of days from the time they received the package until they actually checked them it. Yet overall it was pretty good. I will use it again.

After selling my ps3 yesterday I went into gamestop to see what kind of money they would give me for Tiger Woods Golf 12: Masters Edition and GTA IV Complete Edition. I also went in there to buy a refurb 360 for $250 (sorry BP for not purchasing through amazon), that has the same Microsoft warranty as the non refurb. I told the guy at the counter I just wanted to know how much money he would give me for those games instead he exchanged them for me and never told me how much he would give me for them until I asked what they were worth. <sarcasm>To my utter surprise he said they were both worth $24 total.</sarcasm> After telling him to forget that and that Amazon would give me much more money the other guy working at G$ started giving me a devil stare. They didn't believe that I could get $20 a piece for the game and then they started to go on about how much of a hassle it is to ship the games off. I checked the prices tonight and I can get $45 total for both games.
